Holding of own shares exceeds 5%
Notice from the Board of Directors of Scandinavian Private Equity A/S pursuant
to sections 28 and 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act
It is hereby announced that Scandinavian Private Equity A/S's total number of
shares in the Company amounts to 2.515, corresponding to a nominal value of DKK
25.150.000 and 5,0% of the total share capital and total voting rights in the
Company.
On 17 May 2010, the Annual General Meeting authorised the Board of Directors of
the Company to acquire own shares on behalf of the Company representing up to
10% of the share capital.
