Prior to forming Markquest, which represents companies in the defense and national security industries, as well as finance, technology and human resources, Rossetti served with the Office of the Secretary of Defense where he was appointed to oversee numerous business process reforms including an overhaul and integration of various human resource, finance and technology processes as well as improvements to the operations and management of the $17 billion a year military on-base business network. Prior to his service with Defense, he was a professional staff member of the Readiness Subcommittee of the House Armed Services Committee where he assisted members of the Committee in exercising oversight over the $100 billion-plus infrastructure of the Department of Defense including logistics, base operations, combat preparedness, on-base business programs and technology.
