Acergy S.A. (Acergy) and Subsea 7 Inc (Subsea 7) have agreed to combine the two companies with the new entity Subsea 7 S.A. In connection with the merger, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets have changed the ticker code as well as series names of existing options, forwards and futures series in Acergy (ACYN). The new ticker code is SUBCN and will be implemented as from January 10, 2011.
