This patent protects the core technology found in IPRO Copy+ that allows users to make physical copies of images and substantially concurrently generate electronic images.
IPRO Copy+ is a litigation imaging application can be used to simultaneously scan, print, and OCR in a single pass. The application is able to be operated via an intuitive touch screen interface and can output searchable TIFFs and PDFs with bookmarks and common litigation load files. IPRO Copy+ also allows users to export with a runtime database and image system, enabling end-users to highlight, annotate, redact, tag and perform searches on scanned document collections.
Though IPRO Copy+ was first introduced to the market in 2001, the product's agile development and frequent updates and feature additions has earned it a large following among law firms, corporations, government offices and legal service providers around the world.
