Tele2 signs credit facility agreement of SEK 2.5 billion


Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today
announced that the company has entered into a 2-year revolving credit facility
agreement of SEK 2.5 billion with a syndicate of five banks. The new facility
further strengthens Tele2's financial position and secures an optimal capital
structure within the financial disciplines already announced.

The arranging banks in this transaction were DnB NOR Bank ASA; Svenska
Handelsbanken AB (publ); Nordea Bank AB (publ); Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB
(publ) and Swedbank AB (publ).
