MSGI Provides Update on Hyundai Litigation


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 23, 2011) - MSGI Technology Solutions Inc (OTCBB: MSGI) today made an update to its shareholders on the litigation filed against various Hyundai entities.

On July 21, 2009, MSGI filed a Complaint against Hyundai Syscomm Corporation, Hyundai Syscomm Inc, Apro Media Corporation, Apro Media Co Ltd, Hirsch Group LLLP, Hirsch Capital Corporation, Hyundai RFMon Corporation and various individuals who are officers of the aforementioned business entities demanding a jury trial. The Complaint was filed in United States District Court, Northern District of California.

The Complaint cited multiple causes of action including but not limited to: Federal RICO Violations, Violation of Rule 10b-5 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; Fraud; Including Concealment, Negligent Misrepresentation, Breach of Contract, Conversion, Unjust Enrichment, and Unfair Business Practices. MSGI is seeking a judgment for direct damages and consequential damages related to all claims.

On February 15, 2011, the law firm of Greenberg Traurig LLP filed a Notice of Appearance with the United States District Court, Northern District of California as new counsel representing MSGI. Greenberg Traurig has a staff of 1800 lawyers in more than 30 locations. The MSGI vs. Hyundai case will be managed by the Silicon Valley office of Greenberg Traurig located in East Palo Alto, California. A Case Management Conference has been scheduled with the court for March 17, 2011.
