InfoSpace's proprietary metasearch technology combines the top results from several of the largest online search engines, providing fast and comprehensive search results. InfoSpace will first use Mule at Mercantila, its e-commerce subsidiary, where Mule will be deployed in a cloud environment and power integration with InfoSpace's vendors and other business partners. Over time, Mule is expected to be rolled out across other InfoSpace's businesses -- for example, serving as a component of InfoSpace's private-label portal solution for its ISP partners. As InfoSpace continues to grow and enter new businesses, the team plans to leverage Mule's powerful features, including its orchestration capabilities and Mule Cloud Connect, for new products and services that the company will offer in the future.
