The KOOPA's colorful history begins in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, circa 1960, where its predecessor was the most popular frame among the Hasidim (Mazel Tov!). Fast-forward 50 years and this utilitarian chic frame still looks equally fetching whether you're wearing The KOOPA at Schul, or while drinking at your favorite neighborhood watering hole.
The KOOPA's slightly oversized rectangular frame is made from acetate and features two dot rivets on the temples, a saddle bridge, and five barrel hinge. The ophthalmic frame is available in Black Crystal and retails for $225.
