The following information is based on a press release from Axis (Axis) dated March 7, 2011 and may be subject to change.
The board of Axis will propose that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves an extra dividend of SEK 3.00 in addition to an ordinary dividend of SEK 1.50. The scheduled date for the AGM is April 14, 2011. The Ex-date is April 15, 2011. Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Axis.
