Precise Biometrics has now published its Annual Report for 2010 in both
Swedish and English on its website

In the Annual Report you can read about the past financial year, learn
more about the Company's “Plan 2015” and the new focus on Mobile
applications. The Annual Report is digitally published but it's also
available to download and print from the website.

Precise Biometrics' Annual General Meeting is held on April 27 and
shareholders who wish to participate needs to report this on April 19 at
