Peab has signed a letter of intent to acquire K Nordang AS

Peab has signed a letter of intent to acquire 90.1 percent of K. Nordang
AS. The company carries out construction on the Norwegian Vestlandet.
K Nordang had sales of approximately 300 MNOK in 2010 and has about 80
employees.
The purchase agreement will be signed on completion of due diligence and
acquisition requires the Norwegian Competition Authority.
