Metro International Releases its 2010 Annual Report

Metro International S.A. ("Metro" or "the Group"), the world's largest
international newspaper, today announces the release of the Group's Annual
Report for the year ended 31 December 2010. The Group's 2010 Annual Report can
be accessed through Metro International S.A.'s website atwww.metro.lu.

Metro will announce on Friday 15 April 2011 at 8:00 A.M. CET its financial
results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2011. Metro will host a conference
call to present these results at 10:00 A.M. CET on the same day which will be
broadcast live on the Internet and as a conference call.
