RedTail also announced 3PL Link, a solution for suppliers using a 3PL or third party logistics provider for inventory management and order fulfillment.
Critical warehouse information such as stock location, picking, packing, carton contents and shipping are linked directly to ERP and EDI with the new services, and electronic documents are produced and exchanged with trading partners without manual intervention. RedTail Warehouse Link and 3PL Link were developed in partnership with Blue Moon Industries, whose warehouse integration technology is widely installed and actively used to integrate Microsoft Dynamics GP with market-leading warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment systems.
