Jodell was born and raised in Minnesota, but has lived in San Francisco -- the place she calls home -- since 1972. She graduated from San Francisco State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and minored in Business. Prior to joining McGuire, she spent two years with a firm in San Francisco, specializing in homeownership for entry-level buyers. Jodell is both a licensed real estate salesperson and certified residential appraiser.
Her passion for San Francisco -- and its unique real estate offerings -- is coupled with top-notch service, a positive attitude, and her commitment to provide clients with only the best home buying/selling experience. Jodell approaches obstacles with tireless effort, and takes care of the many issues arising from financing, negotiation, and/or unexpected property conditions. Jodell currently lives in San Francisco's Glen Park neighborhood, where she's resided since 1982. In her spare time she enjoys walking her Golden Retriever through the canyon, or to the top of Diamond Heights, where she catches world class views of "this incredible town."
