Irving and Smets bring a combined 45 years of business and telecommunications expertise to the IntelePeer board.

Smets, vice president and general manager, wireless of Cisco's Wireless Networking Business Unit, leads Cisco's Enterprise and Service Provider Wireless LAN business, strategy, technology and product development. He has been leading high-growth technology business teams in the IT telecom, networking and security industries for more than 20 years.
Irving and Smets will be joining Frank Fawzi, chairman and CEO and Haydar Haba, founder, with other current board members: William J. Harding and Javier Rojas.
