Åsa Thunman appointed Senior Vice President General Counsel in Securitas

  Åsa Thunman has been appointed Senior Vice President General Counsel.
She succeeds Bengt Gustafson, who will remain in the company as Senior
Vice President and Senior Advisor to Group Management.

Since 2009 Åsa Thunman is Senior Legal Counsel in Securitas. Previously
she was Executive Vice President Corporate Office of Elekta. Åsa has a
law degree from Uppsala University, Sweden, and a master in European
Business Law from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Åsa
Thunman takes up her duties on July 1, 2011 and will then succeed Bengt
Gustafson as a member of Securitas Group Management.

Bengt Gustafson will work part time as senior advisor to Group
Management.
