<p> As noted in Bilia’s interim report for the first quarter of 2011, the Administrative Court in Gothenburg has, with reference to practice in the Supreme Administrative Court and the European Court of Justice, issued a judgement stating that Bilia’s Swedish subsidiary Sevonia AB is entitled to a tax deduction for a Group contribution paid of SEK 313.6 M.
