As noted in Bilia’s interim report for the first quarter of 2011, the
Administrative Court in Gothenburg has, with reference to practice in the
Supreme Administrative Court and the European Court of Justice, issued a
judgement stating that Bilia’s Swedish subsidiary Sevonia AB is entitled
to a tax deduction for a Group contribution paid of SEK 313.6 M. The deduction
will result in a reduction in Bilia’s tax expense totalling about SEK 82
M.</p>

The Swedish National Tax Board has chosen not to appeal the judgement, whereas
the Administrative Court’s decision will stand.</p>
