Following the Extraordinary General Meeting held in Danisco A/S today, the Board of Directors of Danisco A/S has constituted itself with Nicholas C. Fanandakis as Chairman of the Board and Ian Hudson and Patrick S. Schriber, respectively, as Deputy Chairmen of the Board.
