MMRGlobal Joint Venture Partner Unis-Tonghe Wins Bid in China


LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 22, 2011) - MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) ("MMR") today announced Unis-Tonghe Technology (Zhengzhou) has received official notice that they are a winner of a bid to provide eHealth and Electronic Medical Record Services of 164 County/District of Henan Province in China. The Government of Henan Bidding and Procurement Service Co. Ltd released a short list of provider companies which include Unis-Tonghe. Unis will deploy the Unis Medical Clouds Service throughout the Province which will be purchased by the Henan Province Government's Department of Public Health.

MMRGlobal announced the signing of a definitive Agreement with Unis-Tonghe to be joint venture partners in January 2010. The Company believes that certain features and processes created for MMRPro (www.mmrprovideos.com) and the MMR MyMedicalRecords.com Personal Health Record (www.mmrvideos.com) may be incorporated into the Henan Province program on the Unis Medical Clouds Service.
