MESSAGE FROM ALDATA'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON THE NOTIFICATION REGARDING A CHANGE
IN OWNERSHIP

The Board of Directors of Aldata Solution Oyj has been notified that Symphony
Technology II-A, L.P. and its group companies now own and control a total of
25,001,175 shares, representing 36 % of the voting rights and numbers of shares
of Aldata Solution Oyj.

Symphony Technology must therefore make a mandatory public tender offer for all
shares and securities entitling to shares that they do not own, as required
under the Finnish Securities Market Act. Symphony Technology has informed the
Board of Directors that they will pay a cash consideration of EUR 0.61 for each
share in Aldata Solution Oyj.

Aldata's Independent Board members will investigate the matter and will express
their opinion on the offer according to the Securities Market Act after the
tender offer document has been released.

Aldata's Independent Board members may take advice from external, independent
and suitably qualified and experienced professional advisors as they consider
necessary to properly assess all of the alternatives available and to form an
opinion.
