PENSACOLA, FL--(Marketwire - Jul 5, 2011) - Single-family homes, Gulf-front condos, land, lots and commercial properties throughout Florida will be offered for sale in a four-day series of five auction events to be conducted throughout the state of Florida. J. P. King Auction Company will sell the properties on behalf of Hancock Bank.
The auctions will begin on Wednesday, July 27 with approximately 10 properties in Pensacola that include several single-family homes, condominium units and 18 acres of vacant land. At each event, about half of the properties will sell absolute with no minimums and no reserves. Other events for Hancock Bank will take place in Panama City, Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Orlando.

Wednesday, July 27, Panama City, at the Holiday Inn Select, 6 p.m.:
Approximately 17 properties from Panama City Beach up to Crestview, Chipley and Destin will be sold with eight selling absolute. Properties include a beach house, several single-family homes and commercial and residential lots.
Thursday, July 28, Tallahassee, at DoubleTree by Hilton Head, 1 p.m.:
This auction includes five properties with four in Tallahassee and an absolute lot in Carrabelle. Tallahassee properties include two single-family homes, a commercial condominium property and 15 acres of land.
Friday, July 29, Jacksonville, at Embassy Suites Jacksonville, 11 a.m.:
Approximately 34 properties will be offered in this event with 25 selling absolute with no minimums and no reserves. Properties include several homes, along with retail units, an office warehouse condominium, commercial land and lots. Locations range from St. Marys down to Palm Coast.
Saturday, July 30, Orlando, at Crowne Plaza Hotel, 11 a.m.:
The largest and final of the auction events will offer 62 properties in Orlando with 36 selling absolute. Lots, land, commercial units and single-family homes will sell at this event, including a six-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home on five acres.
