Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2011-07-05 15:03 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 4 July 2011 the offering of new 30 million shares issue of Šiaulių Bankas AB was completed. All issued shares have been subscribed and fully paid. The funds of LTL 31.2 million received for offered shares are accumulated in the capital accumulation account. The Bank will submit the application to the Bank of Lithuania with a request to allow registering the amended Charter of the Bank with the authorized capital increased up to LTL 234,857,533.
