On August 4, 2011 „Baltlitstroij“ OOO, subsidiary of AB „Panevėžio statybos trestas“ in Kaliningrad signed the contract with „Bazovij Element Baltiki“ OOO regarding reconstruction of the Kaliningrad „Rossija“ cinema theatre into a shopping centre with several auditoriums for watching movies. Estimated construction contract value is over RUB 900 million.
