As required by § 185(2) and § 187 of the Securities Market Act, on 18 August 2011, BMIG OÜ, has informed the Company their shareholding in AS Baltika has decreased to 13.33 percent. The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange about changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
