On 30 August 2011 AS LHV Varahaldus notified AS Premia Foods (hereinafter the Company) about a change in voting rights attached to shareholding.
The funds managed by AS LHV Varahaldus hold more than 5% of the shareholding in the Company. After the transactions made on 24 August 2011, the funds managed by AS LHV Varahaldus hold altogether 2 173 959 shares of the Company representing 5,620% of all the shares and voting rights of the Company.
