It is announced that Stanley Black & Decker has reached an approximately level of 94,90 percent of the total amount of shares in Niscayah Group AB (NISC B) (SE0001785197). NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust NISC B in accordance to the ”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NASDAQ OMX and Oslo Bors All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” Version 1.9.2, rule 5.8. Niscayah will therefore be removed from VINX Benchmark Index effective on September 7, 2011. Last inclusion date for Niscayah will be September 6, 2011.
