CorpNordic Denmark A/S, as the Bondholders’ Representative, hereby asks all owners of bonds issued by Kefren Properties IX AB (previously Keops EjendomsObligationer IX AB), to contact CorpNordic Denmark A/S for the purpose of advance registration for the coming enforcement sale of the company’s property portfolio.
Owners of Bonds will receive a letter from VP Securities, in which they are asked to fill in name, address and holding on a registration document. This document shall be signed and returned as soon as possible to the following address:

In case the Bonds are owned by a company, a statement from the Commerce- and Companies Agency confirming the subscription right shall be enclosed.
