PHOENIX, Sept. 28, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crexendo, Inc. (AMEX:EXE), a provider of cloud communications and Internet marketing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, today announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 14, 2011 to stockholders of record as of October 10, 2011.
