Per Åkerberg assumes his position as President and CEO of ReadSoft AB

Today, November 14, 2011, Per Åkerberg assumes his position as President
and CEO of ReadSoft AB. Earlier this year ReadSoft announced in a press
release that Per Åkerberg would take up his new position no later than
January 2012. Now that Per Åkerberg no longer has any commitments to his
former employer Enea, his start date has been moved forward.

Per Åkerberg is ReadSoft AB's new President and CEO. He joins ReadSoft
from his former position as President and CEO of Enea.
