CHANGES IN THE ORGANISATION IN FINNLINES PLC
Mr. Håkan Modig has been appointed Chief Operational Officer (COO), reporting to the CEO. Finnlines Plc has established an Executive Committee, the members of which are Emanuele Grimaldi, (Executive Chairman), Uwe Bakosch (CEO), Seija Turunen (CFO) and Håkan Modig (COO). The committee will meet at least once a month.
These changes are valid as from the 1st of January, 2012.
