The certification was conducted by Oregon Tilth in October and allows TNS to use "100% Organic" in its marketing and packaging of the Ergo-D2™ line of food supplements and ingredients, the highest level of organic certification currently recognized by the USDA.
Growth in demand for organic supplements in the United States increased by 7.4% to $681 million in 2010, and is expected to continue to lead the non-food sector of the $29 billion organic industry in 2011.
