David Rowlands, Executive Vice President of Multi Client - Mediterranean & Middle East has today sold 120,000 ordinary shares in Spectrum ASA through DAI Invest company, a wholly owned company, together with an additional 20,000 privately held shares. The transactions were at a price of NOK 29.50 per share
After the transaction David Rowlands directly holds 121,000 ordinary shares. In addition he holds 40,000 ordinary shares through a wholly owned company, DAI Invest AS and 12,500 through a Related Party.
