Holmen’s financial reporting in 2013 will be as follows:

7 February
Year-end Report for 2012

24 April             Interim Report, January –
March

14 August          Interim Report, January – June

24 October
Interim Report, January – September

The Annual General Meeting will be held
on 10 April.

The Annual Report for 2012 will be published in the middle of
March and will be distributed to the shareholders by post.

In its capacity as
issuer, Holmen AB is releasing the information in this press release in
accordance with Chapter 17 of the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528). The
