KPMG has chosen to terminate the cooperation and resign as the company’s auditor.
The Board of Directors will send out notice for an extraordinary general meeting where one of the items on the agenda will be election of new company auditor.
The Board of directors recommend election of PriceWaterhouseCoopers as the future company auditor.
PwC has been working for the company in connection with development of the new strategy and furthermore, PwC have been advisors in connection with Mansvell’s investement in Cimber Sterling Group in 2011.
