ReadSoft's Annual Report for 2011 published

ReadSoft's annual report for 2011 (the Swedish version) has been published today
on the company’s website www.readsoft.com. The annual report is distributed to
shareholders, and other stakeholders, who have signed up to receive printed
financial reports from ReadSoft. The annual report will also be available at the
Annual General Meeting in Helsingborg, Sweden, on April 26.
The Swedish version of the report is now available on ReadSoft’s website
www.readsoft.com (on the page for financial reports and on the page with the
material/documents for the Annual General Meeting) where you also can order a
printed version. The printed Swedish version of the Annual Report will be
distributed to shareholders and other stakeholders that so requests The English
version of the Annual Report will be published in the end of April and the
printed English version will be available and distributed in the beginning of
May. 
Annual General Meeting and the Interim Report for January-March
2012
ReadSoft also wants to welcome the company’s shareholders to the
forthcoming Annual General Meeting at Hotel Marina Plaza, Kungstorget 6,
Helsingborg, Sweden, on April 26, at 3:00pm CET. On the same day, ReadSoft’s
Interim Report for January - March 2012 will be presented. A complete version of
the summons for the Annual General Meeting is available on our website
www.readsoft.com. Shareholders who wish to participate in the meeting should
sign up no later than 4:00pm CET, on April 20. Please use our website for your
registration.
