Bong AB’s Annual Report is now available at Bong’s website www.bong.com. The
printed version is being distributed to the shareholders and can also be ordered
from the Bong head office or via the company’s website.

As previously
communicated, Bong’s Annual General Meeting will be held on
16 May 2012 at 2.00
p.m. at IMP’s premises at Ångbåtsbron 1 in Malmö. Notification of attendance
must be made on 10 May at the latest.
