1) Jānis Meijubers on 14th March, 2012 has submmited cassation appeal on judgement made on 14th February, 2012 by Kurzemes Distric court. Rejecting the JSC "Grobina" shareholder and board member Jānis Meijubers action brought against the Company's "Grobina" on JSC "Grobina" shareholders meeting taking place on 23th April, 2010 decisions invalidation of the motion of censure against the JSC "Grobina" and chairman of the claim against the company's Board and Council.
