Invitation to press conference


As a consequence of today´s press release and the communication that Eniro is to
repay debt with capital gains of SEK 150 M and proposes a repayment that is
financed by the issuance of preference shares Eniro invites to an press
conference. The conference will take place at Carnegie, Regeringsgatan 56, in
Stockholm today at 10:00 CET. The conference will be held in Swedish.
Eniro’s President and CEO Johan Lindgren and Eniro’s CFO Mattias Lundqvist will
present the repayment, the suggested issuance of preference shares and financial
implications and answer questions. A possibility will be given to ask questions
via the webcast and follow the presentation material live. The webcast is
