BYTEGRID(TM) Aligns and Strengthens Management Team With Key Appointments

Don Goodwin was named Executive Vice President, Marketing and Leasing, and Joe Solis was named VP Finance & Controller.

The appointments reflect the company's commitment to grow its wholesale data center footprint in the metro Washington D.C. area and nationally.

Mr. Goodwin joins BYTEGRID after nearly three years at Latisys, a colocation and managed services company, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. In that role, Mr. Goodwin was responsible for sales and go-to-market activities that supported revenue growth of over $50 million during his tenure, increasing top line revenue by more than three times. In this capacity, he re-branded the roll-up company under a single, consistent national brand and built from ground-up the sales and marketing infrastructure to propel rapid revenue growth. Prior to Latisys, Mr. Goodwin was with NTT America as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of its US data center business unit where he led the company's revenue revival of its data center outsourcing services serving multi-national corporations, financial services and social media companies, such as Twitter. Mr. Goodwin also held executive positions at Savvis (now CenturyLink), and Colo.com. Mr. Goodwin holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Northern Illinois University.

Mr. Solis joins BYTEGRID with 15 years of real estate experience, focused in the areas of finance, accounting, acquisition due diligence, capital markets, and asset management. Mr. Solis brings a unique blend of corporate finance expertise and start-up venture experience. Mr. Solis was previously the Chief Financial Officer for Express Homebuyers USA, Vice President of Finance for JPI, one of the nation's largest and most successful private multi-family real estate firms with over $5B in assets, and divisional VP of Finance for Pulte Homes. Mr. Solis began his career with Ernst & Young LLP, where he was a manager in the real estate assurance and advisory practice. Mr. Solis is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in real estate finance from the University of Southern California.
