Etienne Veber Joins Precise Biometrics as Chief Commercial Officer

Precise Biometrics is pleased to announce that Etienne Veber has joined Precise
Biometrics in the capacity of Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice
President. He comes on board as part of the company’s senior management team.
Etienne will be based at Precise Biometrics’ U.S. subsidiary. He will have
global responsibility for sales, marketing, business development and product
management.

Etienne has a very strong management background from various well-known U.S.
companies. Etienne has a French background but has lived more than half of his
life in the U.S.
