Financial calendar 2013 for Danske Bank A/S
This is an amendment to the Financial calendar 2013 issued by Danske Bank A/S on 9 August 2011 and amended on 9 February 2012. The dates of the Interim Reports – First Quarter 2013, First Half 2013 and First Nine Months 2013 – have been changed to 2 May 2013, 1 August 2013 and 31 October 2013, respectively. The remaining dates are
unchanged.

Immediately after the release of the results, the reports will be available on Danske Bank’s website, www.danskebank.com.
Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the annual general meeting on 18 March 2013 must submit the proposal(s) in time for it/them to be received by the chairman and/or the Board of Directors Secretariat no later than Thursday, 14 February 2013, at 4pm.
