("SEI") (OTCBB: SENY), a developer of the patented WindCharger™ vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT) announced that their WindCharger™ system has been welcomed to the ENRCOM test site in Mexico along with the customized mounting system developed and provided by SEI to attach to the communication towers throughout Mexico. ENRCOM is in the process of creating its own training program in preparation of deployment of the many WindCharger™ systems required to maintain uninterrupted communications.
