Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act notice is hereby given that Cobham plc (England) has informed Thrane & Thrane that Cobham plc upon the completion of the voluntary public tender to the shareholders of Thrane & Thrane A/S has acquired 3,882,040 shares, corresponding to approximately 68.3% of the shares in the company, and now holds, in aggregate, 5,494,835 shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S, corresponding to approximately 96.7% of the shares of in the company.
Reference is made to Cobham’s announcement today, which states that the notice is given on behalf of the shareholder, Cobham plc’s subsidiary Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd.
