Spectrum ASA: Transfer of listing - summary document available


Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Spectrum ASA ("Spectrum" or the "Company") on 24 May 2012, where it was announced that the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs approved the Company's application for a transfer of its listing from Oslo Axess to Oslo Børs.

Spectrum is pleased to announce that The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority ("Finanstilsynet") has controlled and authorized the use of the Summary Document prepared by the Company in connection with the listing transfer. The Summary Document, dated 28 June 2012, will from today be made available at the Company's offices, the Company's web site at www.spectrumasa.com, and the Manager's web site at www.swedbank.no/first

Furthermore, the Company satisfies the requirement for the number of shareholders as specified in Section 2.4.2 of the Listing Rules. Consequently, all conditions for the completion of the listing transfer have been met.

The last day of listing of the Company's shares on Oslo Axess will be 29 June 2012. The first day of listing on Oslo Børs will be 2 July 2012. The shares will be listed on Oslo Børs under the Company's current ticket code "SPU".
