As part of the agreement with Tankers Inc. regarding future management and administration of Nordic Shipholding, as described in Company Announcement No. 8/2012 published on 9 July 2012, Thomas Andersen has as of 9 July 2012 been appointed as CEO of Nordic Shipholding. Thomas Andersen is also CFO of Tankers Inc. At the same time, CEO Tommy Thomsen of Nordic Shipholding resigns his position with the company.
