New York, July 16, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Complete Discovery Source (CDS Legal), announced today that kCura, developers of the e-discovery software, Relativity, named Complete Discovery Source as an Orange-level Best in Service partner.
Complete Discovery Source offers a wide range of proprietary and industry-standard e-discovery solutions. Relativity is a major review tool used in the CDS arsenal with an average of 3,000 active users part of the total CDS Legal data footprint.
Until recently, Relativity Best in Service designation was awarded at only one level. There are now two levels of certification: Orange and Blue. To achieve Orange status, a Relativity partner must have more Relativity Certified Administrators (RCAs) and Relativity Certified Sales Professionals (RCSPs) on staff, and must maintain an above-average number of Relativity users per month. To qualify, CDS also underwent detailed performance and environment evaluations, along with a customer service audit.
