Virginia Beach, July 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- reQuire, LLC, the largest release tracking company in the country, announced today that Donna Anderson has joined its Account Management Team to head reQuire's expansion into the "Big Ten" states.
reQuire is moving forward with its expansion into the Midwest beginning with Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. Donna comes to reQuire as an industry veteran having worked most recently with a leading title insurance software company and a bank that focused on obtaining and retaining title company business.
"We met Donna initially when we began our expansion into Pennsylvania, and I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and professionalism," said Robert Pleasants, reQuire's Vice President of Sales & Marketing. "As we continue to grow into new areas of the country, it will be important that we have credible, hardworking leadership. Donna will naturally bring these qualities to reQuire in the Midwest."
Donna has been in the title and real estate industry since 1989 when she began working as a conveyancer. A licensed real estate agent from 1990 through 2007, Anderson also managed a five office title company from 2001 to 2006. After leaving the title office, Donna held positions working as an account manager responsible for selling title industry products and services.
"I am excited to be a part of the reQuire team and bring this valuable service into the Ohio, Michigan and Indiana areas," said Anderson. "I look forward to introducing this vital service to underwriters and title agency owners so that they can begin to benefit from all we have to offer."
Originally from the Ohio area, Donna is happy to return "home." Donna enjoys singing, reading, meeting new people, and discovering new places.
About reQuire Release Tracking
reQuire is the leading lien release tracking and reporting service in the real estate settlement services industry. Its primary customers are companies performing real estate settlements and disbursing payoff funds to satisfy lien requirements. reQuire's core value proposition is to help settlement companies and attorneys improve operations and increase profitability by providing a no-cost solution for effectively tracking and reporting the release of liens.
Founded in 2002, reQuire provides a unique solution to the epidemic problem in the industry related to unreleased deeds of trust. The lack of lenders statutory compliance and the inconsistencies in lien release-reconveyance methods among states and courthouses has created an ongoing and costly problem for settlement agents in tracking and reporting the release of property liens. Settlement agents are burdened with the task of file cleanup many months after a transaction has been closed. reQuire's Internet-based release tracking services (www.titletracking.com) relieves this burden from the attorney or settlement agent and allows them to spend their time on more profitable revenue generating tasks. Furthermore, it ensures the lenders comply with statutory requirements.
