Atos SA: Amendment to the AMAFI
liquidity contract

Amendment to the AMAFI liquidity contract signed on 13 February 2006 between Rothschild & Cie Banque and Atos SA.
Pursuant to article 11 of the above-mentioned contract, and in order to enable Rothschild & Cie Banque to ensure consistent performance of its transactions under the terms of this contract, Atos SA has decided to contribute an additional EUR 10,000,000 to the initial amount of the liquidity contract.
