FirstFarms is in the process of streamlining and lean of the organisation in preparation for adjusting the company's administrative costs with effect from Q4 2012 and full effect in 2013 and beyond.
FirstFarms' office in Denmark is moving into smaller and more flexible surroundings. As of 1 November 2012 the company moves in at Jysk Landbrugsrådgivning in Billund. With the relocation, the company also sees opportunities for synergy on agricultural and administrative areas. In Romania, the company's office in Bucharest has been closed, and the administration moved to the company's office in Faurei from where the company's field production is operated.
The position as COO in FirstFarms is abolished as per 30 November 2012, and in this connection Per Villumsen will end his employment in FirstFarms.
