CENCORP EXTENDS SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE CONVERTIBLE BOND PUBLISHED ON 21 AUGUST 2012

Cencorp Corporation ("Cencorp") has decided to extend the subscription period of the convertible bond, published on 21 August 2012. According to the decision the new subscription period ends on 28 September 2012 at 18.00. The other terms of the convertible bond stay unchaged.
